A lot of people have been asking me about the market in the Pensacola area (including Perdido Key). I decided to share a graph of supply over the last 10 years. This is still a very good time to buy or sell. It may take a little longer to sell properties with competition, but highly sought after properties are still selling fast.

I thought this graph was interesting and wanted to share. We have seen inventory rise in the Pensacola market to roughly 8 months supply, but we are still in what would be considered a healthy market. I want my family and friends to know the reality of the market and what is currently taking place. I am always here to answer questions. I LOVE WHERE I LIVE and a lot of people would like to live here too.
